Assignment Instructions

1. Describe the patient’s health history, including pathophysiology of primary conditions and contributing factors.
2. Identify three key nursing concepts (e.g., patient-centered care, safety, and health promotion) relevant to the case.
3. Develop a nursing care plan with at least four prioritized interventions, including rationales supported by evidence.
4. Discuss potential challenges in care delivery, such as ethical dilemmas or resource limitations, and propose solutions.
