3. Conduct a literature search for at least 5-7 peer-reviewed articles published within the last 5 years.
4. Critically appraise the evidence using tools like the Johns Hopkins Evidence-Based Practice Model.
5. Propose an evidence-based intervention or change in practice.
6. Outline an implementation plan, including stakeholders, resources, timeline, and potential barriers.
7. Describe evaluation methods to measure outcomes, such as pre- and post-intervention data collection.
8. Discuss ethical considerations and how the project aligns with nursing standards.
