Her social history is negative for\u202falcohol, tobacco, and recreational drugs.\u202f She has no known drug allergies and takes only vitamin C.\u202fHospitalizations were only for childbirth.\u202fFamily history\u202freveals that her maternal grandmother is alive with dementia, while her maternal grandfather is alive with COPD.
