All other considerations are secondary.<\/p>\n<p>Assignment Instructions:<br \/>\nFor this assignment, you need to do the following:<br \/>\n1.\tRefamiliarize yourself with the lecture content of Weeks 2, 3 and 4 along with related seminars. These sessions cover the learning most relevant to answering this question.
