Study Plan
\nThe practice exam questions were an opportunity for identifying the areas I need to improve. I understood my strengths and the need to continue studying in preparation for the certification exam. One of the areas that require improvement is the prescription of medication and recommendation for psychotherapy. I need to improve on-time management since I almost ran out of time while completing the questions. Despite the strengths, I need to improve on the capacity to refer patients to other nurse practitioners (Stanfill et al., 2019). I perceive it as a sign of weakness to refer a patient to another practitioner. However, I believe referring clients is in the best interest of a patient.
\nThe smart goals critical for the improvement include;
\n1.\tComplete 50 questions every week on pharmacological interventions and score at least 85 percent.
\n2.\tMake a list 10 of psychiatric medications and the conditions they treat every week.
\n3.\tJoin a group of students for discussion at least two hours every week.

Resources
\nThe resources I will utilize include academic journals available in the university library. I will use online mobile applications Epocrates to improve my understanding of psychiatric interventions (Johnston et al., 2018). The mobile application is effective since it is available on my phone (Calinici, 2017). I will join a study group to discuss various topic (sample nursing essay examples by the best nursing assignment writing service)s with my classmates. Mnemonics will be critical in boosting my memory of the mental health conditions, their symptoms, and appropriate interventions.<\/p>\n
