Assessment 2: Evidence-Based Nursing Practice Report

Task Description

Write a 2,500-word evidence-based report on a chosen aspect of adult nursing practice. The report must identify a clinical issue, critically appraise current research, and propose practice recommendations aligned with the NMC Code (2018) and current NHS guidelines.

Assessment Criteria

1. Clarity in identifying a relevant and focused clinical problem.
2. Critical appraisal of at least five peer-reviewed research sources (2019–2025).
3. Integration of current evidence with clinical guidelines and policy frameworks.
4. Application of ethical principles and professional accountability.
5. Presentation and academic writing: structure, referencing (Harvard), and coherence.
