This assessment evaluates your ability to integrate theoretical knowledge with clinical practice by developing a comprehensive, evidence-based nursing care plan for a patient with complex health needs. You will demonstrate competency in utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation) while incorporating current research evidence and best practices in patient-centered care.<\/p>\n
Upon successful completion of this assessment, students will be able to:<\/p>\n
Select ONE patient<\/strong> from your clinical placement who presents with at least two concurrent health conditions or complex health needs.
