ASSESSMENT STRATEGY AND RATIONALE The assessment for this unit is based on a quality project that is done in the clinical area. This task is split into three sections. The first is the learning contract and what the student intends to do for the project and an outline of the project. The second assessment is the detailed project report, including a literature review, project design, pre and post audits, intervention and evaluation. The student will also need to describe leadership skills used in this project and engagement with stakeholders. The final assessment is an oral presentation of the project to the key stakeholders, ward staff and peers. In order to pass this unit, you are required to achieve a total pass mark of 50% The assessment tasks for this unit are designed for you to demonstrate your achievement of each learning outcome.
