\nmanufacturer\u2019s agents who would be paid on a straight commission basis. The
\nreduction in the sales force would mean that 10 district sales managers would
\nlose their jobs.\u00a0 The sales training
\nmanager position would be eliminated as well since manufactures agents do not
\nneed training according to the sales consultant.\u00a0 Harper intended to keep only the best sales
\nreps and eliminate the others in the 50% reduction process.\u00a0 \u201cThose experienced sales reps that remain
\nwith Broadway will not need enough training to justify keeping Broadway\u2019s training
\ndepartment,\u201d noted Harper.
