\nsociety. Allot of kids that we label now as delinquents will grow out of their
\nbehaviors more then likely after they realize theres more to this world then
\njust their neighborhoods and as a child i know thats a hard thing to do. I do
\nknow that by throwing a juvenile in jail and tarnishing his record does increase
\nthe chances of him becoming a recidivist due to the fact that no one is\u00a0hiring
\nfelons and whats a hungry person who cant get a job supposed to do once back in
