You have just started work for a small but very busy construction company called Aotearoa New Zealand Construction which needs to update its customer facing website. The company has decided that the new website should describe and demonstrate some key information for prospective clients.<\/p>\n
Your manager has asked you to prepare two slide show presentations which will be uploaded to the company website.<\/p>\n
The aim of your first assessment is to lay the groundwork for Assessment 2 and 3 by describing and demonstrating knowledge of the essential key legislation used in the tender process.<\/p>\n

Create a slide presentation to describe how stakeholders in Aotearoa New Zealand Construction are protected by the following five acts:<\/p>\n
Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
