\nefforts. The criminal violence that will be discussed in this paper is the
\ndomestic violence against women and rape. In the past years, issues of rape and
\ndomestic violence against women have been experienced. The criminal violence
\nagainst women has influenced states all over the world to change or modify
\ntheir traditional statutes against rape and domestic violence against women.
\nFor example, how difficult it would appear to treat rape cases because it would
\nbe encouraging the victims to come forward on the matter of rape. There should
\nbe strategies which should be employed by all the countries to ensure that the
\nvoices are dealt with accordingly. This will increase the likelihood of women
\nto know how much they are valued if their right are well represented in a
\njustice way.
\n\u00a0 It becomes
\nsuch difficult for the victim to accept herself because she will be affected by
\nvictimization and depression in her entire life. She will have a negative
\nattitude to the other gender always in the rest of her life. Therefore, the
\noffender should be concentrated upon like any other crime rate. On the other
